My friend and I walked into the Friendlys in Middleboro, MA to have breakfast. It was approximately 11:00 when we were seated.

As I thumbed through the menu I discovered that you stop serving breakfast at 11:00AM. The restaurant by the way was empty but no one extended themselves to see if the rule could be bent. I've worked in f&b for years and know the difference between good and bad service and what can be done for the customer. I assumed Friendlys was an all day breakfast/lunch restaurant.

My friend and I decided to move on. Before I left I went to the men's room and found it had a strong urine smell. My friend complained about the restaurant having a musty smell; I did not experience that though.

I thought that when the new CEO took over things would improve but they have not and I'll never walk into a Friendlys again. Thank you Albert
